Pricing can be estimated at around $260 / sq foot, and upwards. This depends on the intricacy of design, choice of materials, and techniques used.

If we say yes to the dress, a non-refundable design deposit is required. When we land on a final design, you’ll be asked to sign off, and lay down a 50% deposit of the remaining balance.

The remaining 50% of the balance will be required upon pick-up, or before delivery.

Your piece(s) will be securely packaged for safe transportation. Pick-up is located near The Stockyards. Delivery is available for an additional fee. If needed to be shipped, shipping costs will be applied to your final payment.

Installation can be offered with an additional fee, determined by Nikita the Builder.
